If I can make out, the Izzatnagar and Agra Divisions of North Central Railways covers regions which were under Mughal Raj's Delhi Kingdom. Various cities under Western UP fell under this Princely State during Mughal Raj India. Kanpur City was at that time a small town & was only transformed into a Full Fledged Industrial City by name of Cawnpore under British Raj India.
