Thanks PK Sir. If I can make out, the Izzatnagar and Agra Divisions of North Central Railways covers regions which were under Mughal Raj's Delhi Kingdom. Various cities under Western UP fell under this Princely State during Mughal Raj India. Kanpur City was at that time a small town & was only transformed into a Full Fledged Industrial City by name of Cawnpore under British Raj India. This was also made into a Cantonment and hence the name Cawnpore Barracks (Stn Code : CNB).

more... Bengal(Paschim Banga), Bihar, Jharkhand, Parts of Assam & Orissa(Odisha) and entire Nation of Bangadesh were together known as the Kingdom of Chandalpattu. Orissa later separated as the Kingdom of Kalinga, followed by Bihar. This is one of the reasons why some stations between Dhanbad and Koderma also support station names in Bangla Language. Today, Rail Networks of ER, NER, NEFR, SER and ECoR are spread over these regions, which had started as East Indian Railway and Bombay - Nagpur Railway :-)
