Its good move but for those trains who have more then 1000 KM of journey. It will be impractical for train with says total journey distance of 600 km. Will it have only 3 or 4 stoppages?, then half of the seats will be vacant in such trains. My thought says the rule should be applicable to trains like 11057/11058 Dadar Express or 12311/12312 HWH-KLK Express and increase their speed as well.
