Bhai ji.. post padho maine bola hai first fully electrified Junction on NWR territory in Rajasthan.. and Rewari is in Haryana.. Aur Haryana ka first fully electrified Junction on NWR territory Bhiwani hai.. Rewari nahi because Rewari Loharu line abhi electrified nahi hui hai..

What general public should conclude from this statement of Railways? Will railway remove these constraints and provide EMUs in future or the present situation will continue forever?

That might be the problem.. but MEMU is not necessary.. Demu can also run.. or just a normal passenger can also serve the purpose.. people just need a first local / passenger connection between Alwar Delhi and that even only at peak hours first.. so that daily passengers can travel from Alwar to Delhi in morning and Delhi to Alwar in evening.. THIS IS THE URGENT NEED OF THIS HOUR..
Koi umeed nahi.. pata nahi kab chalegi ya fir chalegi bhi ya nahi.. Alwar is less important than Mathura, Agra, Aligarh, Tundla, Saharanpur, Shamli, Ambala, Rohtak, Rewari, Sri Ganganagar, panipat etc (which are already well connected with Delhi by EMUs/DEMU/Passenger etc) in the eyes of railways..

Bahot jaruri hai Alwar Delhi route par passenger train chalana.. hazaro log daily subah Alwar se Delhi ate hai.. aur evening me wapas bhi jate hai.. dedicated passenger train ke abhav me express trains ke general coaches me aur Sleeper coaches me dhakke khakar travel karte hai. Shayad yaha ke log itne jagruk hi nahi hai.. jo railway se apna haq mang sakte.. kisiko koi fark hi nahi padta.. Aur shayad railway ne bhi yahi soch rakha hai.. jab log hi demand nahi karte to dedicated passenger provide karne se bhi kya fayda..
