from recent posts it has been noticed that "hwh wap4" of eastern railway has been used consistently with hwh cstm duronto for its high speed(max speed potential 130km/hr as sources claimed)......... as compared to src(santragachi wap4----- max speed 110 km/hr).

i think if ser allows wap4 with a speed potential 130km/hr to ply in its railway territory then why not wap7!!!!!!!! a fully sophisticated loco with a max speed of 130-140 km/hr with...

ser should use wap7(the white demon and the most successful loco presently in india for aristocrat trains like rajdhani and duronto) only for the following three non stop trains:
12262/12261 hwh cstm duronto
12222/12221 hwh pune duronto
12245/12246 hwh ypr duronto
