For Example : Normal ICF coaches can perfectly run at 120 kmph without any significant issues, but there is a thing called "Safety Factor" , which restricts ICF coaches to 110 kmph. Else ICF coaches can do 110+ kmph perfectly. Similarly NDLS-MGS route can be fully utilised to its full potential ( ~140-145 kmph), but due to this "Safety Factor", it is restricted for 130kmph operations only.
