Even Rockfort takes nearly 45 min between GOC and TPJ.This is for even if train arrives late at GOC it will arrive ONT or BT at TPJ this is called slack.(Distance between GOC and TPJ is 3km)
Slack could be 30 to 45 minutes but more than 1 and half hour is too much
Though the TT is revised , 16853 MS-TPJ EXP has crossing with 16854 at SY or VDL , crossing with 12084 at MV , crossing with 16234 at KMU which takes arrival at TJ by 2.55pm - 3pm . so that's the case it reaches TPJ by 4 pm .
