#BDR Masagram - Bankura route
➡️One of unique location to me where ER & SER meet as Masagram/ER & Masagram Jn./SER
➡️The terminal end of the Bankura Damodar Railway (BDR) is Masagram Jn./SER.From here passengers have to change to the ER station!
➡️The BDR (common name) operates Four pair DEMU trains, having a crossing station at Sonamukhi,as the whole route "HAS NO SIGNALS"...

Wished to see the DEMU rake of DLS/BNDM, anyways got the MC with Sri Jagannath Logo only.
🔘The MC belongs to the Rourkela-Sambalpur DEMU service (now MEMU), primarily alloted to DLS/BNDM which maintained it well. Later after linking of Saranda Passenger with ROU-SBP DEMU, the rake used to terminate at CKP and face maintainance issues. Hence rake was transferred to DLS/KGP (which ruined it!) and DLS/KGP started providing DEMU rake for the CKP-ROU-SBP services.
🔘The MC,even after re-arrangement by KGP, has markings of DLS/BNDM & Sri Jagannath Logo! ...

any current news about connectivity at masagram and Indus tss.
Indus tss is ready and waiting to start it's operations.
I don't have proper info on chord connection. But it will be done by ER..

doubling of this route required for Kolkata Bakura Short connection
at first required connectivity with chord at Masagram, but no response from ER and SER side.
Doubling work will be only after its connectivity with HWH-BWN Chord line and number of trains after thst will increase then, nothing now.
