This service is just for namesake, to transfer the MEMU rake from SMVB to SBC late at night. By chance, if there are any passengers, SWR can earn some money that's it.

Hatia SMVT ( bi weekly) & Tata-SMVT (weekly) arrive at 3:15am at SMVT.
Similarly ERS-SMVT (Triweekly) arrives at 3:45am.
It will be great if this MEMU is timed in a way that passengers from these trains get some time to take this as a connection. Maybe a slightly delayed dep from SMVT might get in some revenues as compared to running it almost...

Ok. I was in impression that this may be regular service. Just for rake transfer, it is ok.
Also, railway have to maintain a good end to end average speed if they say some train express.
