Kindly refer to the Railway Board Coaching Directorate circular no. 94 Introduction of train service between Fatuha and Hilsa dated 10 May 2023.

1. Which survey / report was considered as basis for the need / requirement of this MEMU (03237/03238 HIL-FUT-HIL) which was inaugurated on 21st May 2023.

Through which method, the railway officers of ECR/DNR division (like CPTM, ECR, Dy.COM,ECR, COM/PCOM, ECR, ADRM(O), ADRM(I) etc.) got to know that there is public demand to run a MEMU between Fatuha - Hilsa and Hilsa - Fatuha?
