it took 20 years complete this track. After twenty years railway track needs repair. Now railway start repair work on the track from starting at peddapalli, since track started at peddapalli first.

Proposals always neglected by the railways.... and No MP is stick on the issue in this area. If they are stick to this issue, the line is completed and many will be benefited economically and socially (social moving). As you know the trains are good examples of indian culture and nature. The trains are playing key role in the overall development of the area. As this area is a poor area, this line should be completed and have to see the lights in the faces of the poor.

you are right, but railway is not wrong. You should understand the issues and infrastructure of the IR. IR won't get the profit unless the system changed.
