As KIK PEM is under GC, AFTER COMPLETING GC can Kamban be diverted via PEM BYEPASSING TVR so that it runs as single train to VLNK and no unwanted slip detachment and two loco reversal?
also can LTT KIK run as a single train to VLNK?
