Increase the frequency from Weekly to Bi – Weekly. {Existing Rake}. This slot will be having 7 trains, one this bi-weekly, one Tri weekly((Run 17207/08 as Tri – Weekly) and back. This can be diverted via PDPL, KRMR & NZB since the present route has many trains.

Remove the existing RSA of 22869/70 and run that train as 22801/02 Daily Express from VSKP to MAS.

Shirdi station does not have a daily slot available for parking rakes in the day time.

The station has 4 lines (3 PF + 1 shunting). On any given day, there are always 2 rakes parked in 2 of the lines -
1) Bombay - Shirdi passenger between 10 and 5 (approximate timings).

COA-SNSI and its slot sharing partners between 9-5 (VSKP train on Friday).

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, MAS-SNSI and MYS-SNSI are also parked throughout the day, occupying 3 lines, leaving no line for reversing the loco of an incoming train.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the SNSI-Jalna DEMU arrives in the afternoon, and all 4 lines in the station are occupied in the afternoon.

The station can currently handle morning arrival/ evening departure for one more train on Mon,Wed,Fri, Sat and Sun. It is unlikely that they will use up that slot completely by increasing the frequency of the VSKP/TPTY trains.

in COA - SNSI slot sharing one slot is vacant, SC(2 D), BZA(1D) & COA(3D) so one slot is vacant.
in my above suggestion, if vacant slot not available in SNSI, they can run upto NSL.

Departed SC at 10:30pm, reached NZB exactly at 01:10am. 160KM done in 2 hours 40 mins. These 2 pictures are from NZB, it's freaking cold here compared to HYD.
