You have to go to Neral Station to book tickets for Matheran. Tickets are not available online.
No booking for this train. Be in Q at the station and tickets will be issued 45 minutes before the departure of the train from Neral.

Ok then fine be there at Neral station early in the morning as early as possible. Morning 07:30 train crowd will be a bit less. Wishing you and your family a happy journey.
