Due to heavy rains on the Konkan route, several train schedules have been altered in Kerala. The Netravati Express (Train No 16346) from Thiruvananthapuram to Lokmanya Tilak has been canceled. Thiruvananthapuram Central- Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express (Train No 12483) will also operate on the same route. Additionally, the Kochuveli-Amritsar Junction Superfast Express (Train No 12483) and Ernakulam- Hazrat Nizamuddin Mangala Express (Train No 12617) will be diverted via Palakkad. A tree fell on the railway track near Lourdes Hospital on Ernakulam-Thrissur road, causing a disruption in train traffic for 2.5 hours. The Mangala Express was near the accident site, and both the Mangala and Venad Express trains were halted. The incident is under investigation.

Iske alaawa, Kochuveli se Amritsar jaane wali Superfast Express (Train No 12483) aur Ernakulam se Hazrat Nizamuddin jaane wali Mangala Express (Train No 12617) ko Palakkad se divert kiya jaayega. Ernakulam-Thrissur road pe Lourdes Hospital ke paas railway track pe ek ped gir gaya, jisse 2.5 ghanta train traffic band raha. Mangala Express accident site ke paas thi, aur Mangala aur Venad dono express trains ruk gayi thi. Is incident ki jaanch chal rahi hai.
