no doubt , but already many train said halt which hasn’t same destination like
raj , ak raj and msk , so msk is alowed to skip the surat while both other raj halts

The distance b/w Ratnagiri & Sape wamne is 148km, not 200+ (checked on India rail info & where is my train).
