Yes...This was the question which I had as well when I travelled in this train once between ROU-ERS. Surprisingly good crowd boarded at intermediate stations like BZA, Ongole, RU towards ERS as well. Surprisingly no stoppage at Thrissur ( probably the only train in Kerala to not stop). Their used to be 2AC ( 2 coaches) as well which has been discontinued. Hope it is restored. As of now lot of slack from CBE till PGT to allow overtakes of at least 3-4 trains. Reaches on time at ERS.
This train can easily reach in the morning at 7 :30 am at ERS even this train can be extended till Nagercoil Jn as of now there is no train for kanyakumari in Hatia -Rou-sbp- VZM section.
It can reach ERS at that time, but because of lot of commuter trains ( office goers) etc, ERS is relatively packed from 7am onwards with lot of pass through trains. They generally dont receive too many terminating trains between 7am-9am since it is peak hour. Extension to KCVL/CAPE was once proposed but not approved

Ye galat baat hai. Passengers ki kami hoti to special ko regular nahi karte and na hi ye political train thi. Isko resume karna chahiye, as Katihar k liye single connection thi.
Yes. Instant hit because RNC-LKO-MB-BE-ANVT connection, jo abhi tak nahi hai. Single train se Ranchi ko Varanasi, Lucknow, Moradabad, Bareilly se connect ho jaega.
Lucknow ki train ko ecr nahi chalne de raha hai. Ranchi railway division aur Lucknow both ready ha. Week me 5 din via loharadaga ho kar chalane
Iss hisaab se tab toh TATA GODDA ka lie over use karke TATA - ANVT bhi chala dena chahiye same route se
not many but a very few, but if more than like 6 sl coaches are required then it can be converted to a superfast, I don't see why both of these ideas can't be looked into and then implemented accordingly
There is no need to change it to humsafar. Humsafar concept is only looting people so no use of it. When passengers have to pay equal to normal 3AC then why are you want to passengers to spend some extra cash on it. What is use of it?
For users what will be the difference in classification just that they start dynamic fare system and start charging more.
