ECoR should regularise 02832/31 Bhubaneswar - Dhanbad Special because since August this train is running as special train and passengers are paying special fair at the name of special. ECoR discontinued 12832/31 Bhubaneswar - Dhanbad Garib Rath because of covid and when type came to bring back Garib Rath on track, ECoR started to run this Special train. This is not fair.

ECoR should be convert this special express as superfast regular number train & upgrade to LHB rake 1 slr , 1 EOG/WLR ,4 gs ,4 sleeper coaches ,8 3rd ac coaches ,2 2nd ac coaches & 2 3rd ac economy coaches total 22 coaches
