My comments is just my feelings not saying to apply this and I too know that it will never happen I just comments as my feelings

Such type of mentality is what has been ailing Bihar since a very long time ... Unnecessary aggression and finding pleasure in vandalizing public property has been a major cause of shamefully bad level of civic amenities in Bihar. There is a difference between Literacy and Education .. Literacy levels may have gone up but the same hasn't reflected well in the education and awareness level of the youth. Actually the good educated folks from Bihar (Huge numbers) have moved out to better places where their talent is respected, leaving behind sadist and boorish behaving folks that often show up in such shameful acts or participate in local street politics. Similar behavior (a little toned down version) can be witnessed every year during government exams when So called students hijack trains without paying a single penny causing extreme trouble to genuine passengers.
Fir Kokrajhar mai jo incident hua, aur usme jo trains ko nishana banaya gaya, uske baare mai aap kuchch kehna chahenge apne pradesh ke baare mai ?
