Does that means one of the trains was taken on PF 3 also? Is it started for passenger trains?

I think, yes, PF3 has been started utilizing for passenger trains.

ekRailFan 7 blog posts15029 took 11 and a half hours to cover MMR to ANG on 21/7/23 because of the NI work. The train is without PC, passengers do not have even water to drink. Very poorly managed NI by SUR division.
