Will it have both quotas?
Pls clear my doubts, accordingly I have to gear up myself at 8am or 10am accordingly, as other options like tatkal in 12961 are not reliable....Thanks

Why is it going to WL? Becasue some berths have been set aside as Tatkal. If they would not have done so, these WL ppl would have got confirmed berths.
My suggestion is 100% of the berths should have been defined as Tatkal.. because this anyways is a "Tatkal" train.

Take it this way if some one fails to get CNF ticket @8 am a person can still try once more for CK to get confirmed berth...
The reason for Failure is Tatkal itself and solution to the issue is also Tatkal.
I have opposite suggestion... 100% should be general quota and no tatkal at all.
