The delay till March is understandable as Raxaul to Narkatiaganj track was under gauge conversion. Now its complete and passenger train plying on this route.

Funny enough.
Ya, this is probably the actual reason.
Earlier they said gauge conversion is remaining in some section. What an epic lie that was.

Railway have to introduce this train before aachar sanhita with coach composition of 6 General coach, 6 Sleeper coach, 4 AC coach and 2 power car.
