I don't know. I am not familiar with that route. So don't know whether it face reversal at madgaon or not.
Train will have loco reversal at Londa n not madgaon as it will go towards sawantwadi from madgaon, wheresas only those trains going towards south have loco reversal at MAO
In every season we are getting this train. So, no problem in making it permanent.

Yes. Speed needs to be increased for sure.
It'll reduce the rush in Mandavi. Also, we won't need to pay sleeper fare for travelling during daytime.
