May be but am not convinced. Running totally empty rake, just to fulfill rake req at ARJ or SHG, in not justified
Its nt about ur conviction!!
Kindly arrange any Rake for ARJ-JNU & SHG-BUI Connectivity without this run logic??
Further, the Rake been NER, even for ARJ-JNU....Kindly provide station which will cater Maintenance, when JNU comes under NR & ARJ dont have wash-line facility!!
