Less chances for dedicated VB for Haryana.
Kalka/Ambala to Lucknow VB via Yamunanagar,Saharanpur or via Karnal,Panipat can be feasible for Haryana.

Haryana one should be between Kalka and Gurgaon either via Panipat-Delhi or via Panipat-Rohtak-Rewari.
Panipat Rohtak Rewari is also a Jalebi route, but thats the only option if they want to avoid Slums of Delhi, better would be via New Delhi. NR already runs 2 VBs between Adarshnagar-Azadpur-New Delhi section and a Rajdhani-Shatabdi via NewDelhi-Kishanganj-Patel Nagar-Delhi Cantt section.
