Mohammad 147 blog postsBloody train.....Really man..Never travell by this train.....Damm.....Missed tpty-puri express beacuse of this train....3 hours late.. reached TPTY at 11.10 instead of 7.35....what the hell wrong with this train...reach pakala 1h 10m late......then halted for 1h 30m at Mungilipattu so that himsagar express can go...i dnt no why it has to wait for that much time..?????? it could have reached Renigunta till that time.....

Bro, Special trains are always given least priority. No pressure to reach destination on time. They may stop it indefinitely too to allow the regular trains. Puri-SNSI special is running 10hrs late for example.

I am very happy to say that after complaining at all possible level this train has been updated on indianrail.gov.in and irctc.co.in. I booked a e-ticket yesterday. it took one week from the date of complaint on IR's web portal. I had also sent e-mail to irctc, cris, DRM Mys SWR, Secretary RB, member IT RB among others. Its good to see that IR responds positively to passenger complains.

After that I sent same description to irctc, cris, DRM Mys SWR, Secretary RB, member IT RB by e-mail. irctc replied that as they had not received any official information in this regard they are helpless and also that they will update as soon as they receive official word. after 7 days the train is available in irctc
