with this iCF rake they can run a train to RMM. But the never do this. They may sent this for converting to Utkrisht and will use for Maq mail /Maveli West coast/Malabar Set.
Maveli/12602/22637 rake is already Utkrisht.
But Malabar/22638/12601 rake is still ICF.

Now SR should LHBfy MAS - TVC AC Express considering its priority....also it requires only a single rake with AC coaches so it may not be too difficult to form the rake
Credits: Sreenath Sree. He mentions in his post that empty rake being moved to Jaipur via MAS ( not sure about it though)
Wish they ran a TVC - JP Special fare special so that passengers benefit, instead of dispatching that rake empty all the way.
