Repair work will be going on in Adra division from 21.08.2023 to 27.08.2023 due to which train number 18023/ 18024 Kharagpur-Gomoh-Kharagpur Express will reach Bishnupur station only on 26.08.2023 and will depart from Bishnupur station only.

Yes Gaya will be a good option for Extension. But provided ECR gives Slot in the route from GMO to GAYA. Very busy section
I guess if not now in further future 18023 will definitely extend till Gaya.
Now runs with 3 SL Coaches and RSA with KGP JJKR , KGP KUR EXP.
Yes 3 sleeper in rake i have seen. But is all 3 Sleeper coaches added in booking open ?? I think booking is still going on in 1 Sleeper coach. Is it?

Very good decision. I was expecting this decision for long now.
KGP-ASN MEMU Exp and HWH-GTS MEMU Exp also needs to be converted to Conventional coaches. I had also talked for these 2 also. Lets see if HQ Agress on these

If they arrange rakes for KGP GMO and KGP JJKR Exp but they cannot arrange rake for KGP HTE 😂
See i was telling from January february that rakes are available for KGP-HTE at Kharagpur when SER authorities were saying cannot start KGP-HTE due to shortage of rakes.

See the link of Feb where i said rakes available at KGP, although SER Authority in Portal said shortage of rake to start KGP-HTE.
Allocation of rake to other trains is different matter but saying no rake was not correct by SER.

I agreed with you but I think sometimes ADRA Div should priority given to these type of trains.
I don't think these trains would ever get the priority you want. One thing that could have been done was adjusting the TT in such a manner that the train arrives Adra before getting overtaken, but that would require the train to depart much earlier from Kharagpur.
I think this train should be given priority like KGP RNC and KGP ASN MSPC.
The only way to avoid any overtake and still provide all stop run to this train is by departing it from KGP at 15:25. However, the same cannot be performed in opposite direction. There overtakes are inevitable.
