A surprise visitor to KR on a rainy evening : APU fitted alco hunk from Samastipur charging in towards its Udupi halt powering the LTT MAJN AC LHB Special train. This special train was introduced only for two runs, to clear the holiday rush between Mumbai and Mangalore. Sorry for the video clarity. My camera was in AC room from 4 days and when i opened it immediately the moisture effected the clarity.

Ben_Kenobi~ 4222 blog postsfelt kind of nostalgic on seeing this train's time table (:P), runs on a time table which is quite similar to that of the old and the then rather regular holiday special to Karwar (0109/0110), which later was regularized and modified into what is now the MAJN SFE (12133/12134).

the old 0109/0110 used to be quite clean, don't know about this chap.
as for home zone cleaning, it falls under CR/Mumbai, so would be surprised if this train isn't neat.
nothing wrong with the section AFAIK, though crawling behind KK means this train isn't obviously the best in business

Sir, the special train is converted to a daily train ...it is now MAJN-CSTM Superfast...train number is 12134...
