daltonganj dhanbad.. .. its has good timing as it reaches dto at 23 pm and kolkata apx 10 or 11 am from kolkata at 20.00 and it reaches daltonganj at 6 am 8 in the morning
Ps: proposed down timing is not correct considering the track situation and senario, considering running time of 09413 from ujjan to kolkata

Mahdeiya is the entry point of ECR near Singrauli, where the control is handed over by JBP division of WCR to DHN division of ECR....
Similarly Pradhankanta is the exit point of ECR post Dhanbad, where the control is handed over by DHN division of ECR to ASN division of ER!
It is unlikely that the train will go from Singrauli to Dhanbad via CAR (LR)-DDU-GAYA or GHD(LR)-DOS(LR)-GAYA. Plus looking at the TT it seems obvious that this train would go through the Coal India Corridor.....

I hope this train gets accepted it's been some time since CIC got any trains. Timings are good as well.

for freight trains there is huge slack given to passenger trains in KTE-CPU section
Aaj ka nai h bhai ye humesha 1.30 hrs pehele hi singrauli aati h saktipunj ka bhi wahi hal h railway isko humesha ignor karta h or karega bhi.
