I talked to a loco pilot, he was telling they don't like 130kmph upgradation for BZA-GDR as pilots need to be too alert for the whole duration.

Train should be daily ,some speedup next puri or any odhisa area fine
If kur bypass comes I doubt patronage of puri and puri-mas exp
Khurda road jtn is mainly Cater boarding,deboarding so kur bypass will effect immensely

if you ask my opinion their will be 0% objection from Odisha side. Puri goers wont object even.
This train can depart from Puri after 10pm so that this will cross Vizag around 7.30am . So this will useful as intercity from Visakhapatnam to Tirupati. As of now too much of slack is there. Puri Express can make it daily easily. One rake should allot to Bilsapur Express
U won't find paxs if u give odd timings at ap stns ,train is mostly used from bam-che-vzm as de to bza-tpty side
