Hmm surprising this 14116 has seperate tatkal till KGHP/Khargapur from Prayagraj... So from PRYJ to KGHP 3AC tatkal is available..
Maybe its because 3ac economy is not separated from 3ac so these seats might be of 3ac economy not 3ac as sl and 2ac have same quota regret and wl6
Due to some tatkal bookings from khargapur onwards such balance seats avl in ald khargapur sec.
Thank you for the suggestions but i have planned to travel through flight Prayagraj to Indore
