Without checking rake availability, ECR came with PR regarding restoration of Purabiya !

Yes,poor communication between departments especially problems of CDO/AME is hardly taken into consideration.Very less chances as except Vaishali(18,19made coach) all lhb trains have some old coaches due to shortage in all CDO of Spj division.ECR has got least allotment of LSLRD for replacement also only 3 with all zones having more allotment than this .
SER has got 20+Lslrd and SECR near about 5 as in RCF site Lslrd allotted to SECR have also been shown to SER.Durg nautanwa /Betwa RSA pair has got Lslrd
