RED from my side (Not flagging RED because almost everyone getting offended for RED flags)
Overnight Trains with Chair Cars never work and are terribly uncomfortable.
You need Sleeping Accommodation for over night trains.

Now regarding the TT
1. 5 hours for TVC-CBE sounds awesome but is simply not practical at this time. The tracks in TVC division are old and have a lot of sharp curves which limit the top speed to under 100 KMPH. Further there is a ghat section between WKI - SRR B Cabin and PGT-CBE sections where the speeds cannot be higher than 90 KMPH. For 5 hour TVC-CBE section you need maintain an average speed of 82 KMPH which is practically not possible on a route with MPS less than 110 KMPH. The tracks need re-alignment , especially in the ERS-TVC section for trains to have higher MPS.
2. Since this is an "EMU type" train, it can have faster acceleration than conventional trains - hence it would be better to have 4 additional stoppages at QLN, TCR, PGT and KJM for the benefit of passengers.
3. You may skip the JTJ halt as it is at an odd time plus JTJ has sufficient connectivity to SBC. Further, 5 hours of non stop run from CBE to SBC/KJM is practical and possible.
