it must cover Bilaspur. And I was starting from Bilaspur, but it is better to start from nearby station rather than loading Bilaspur. So Korba is nice source station accordingly. In case of Raipur, then there will be again demand of extension till BSP. Similarly, in my another IMG train of NDLS, instead of NDLS I gave destination to Kalka. To lessen the load in NDLS. Same is the case here... and covering BSP will be helpful though
Korba-Raipur train departing korba around 6:00 is required and this train departing korba at 6:00 shall get many paxs to BSP/R/Durg
What you say is true, but there is a memu to Raipur via Bilaspur at 610am
