Ya i actually intended to make it via kuppam only but Info atlas pointed it in shortest way :P .
They will turn tracks to Electric Traction but problem is too many curves which doesn't support 110 + speeds.

Actually Hosur and dharmapuri route has more curves and bends than the kuppam side. Please check it. Hosur dharmapuri salem bend is so sharp single diesel line that train cannot make more than 60kmph
I am speaking about same line which you are talking about Thoppur-Dharmapuri-Hosur line .

bro its diesel vb is a electric, its single diesel line , it can achieve more than 55 - 60 cause of more bend, single diesel line of hosur dharmapuri stretch,,, whereas bangapet side can hit mps double electric with less bend
