Deccan means u have to come down not to go side ways. thts why MAS is complete Deccan. but After NGP entire south is considered as DECCAN
can you please provide the valid link that MAS also is under deccan, just for confirmation.
It is simple Divide India map into 4 Parts East,West,North South u can know which state comes under which Zone
One More thing Normally all people divide India into two parts only. North (North India) and South (south Indians) After Nagpur from AP Boarder Entire Down area is considered as South. As Mumbai Comes in West Zone. but Mumbaikars considered as North Indians
