Yes, route wise it can be. Since its a weekly, wanted to connect CBE with the far east (Agartala), also have connection to the south. Initially operated with link from TPJ, later converted as single train and routed via ED. SA can serve NMKL. ED would serve TUP, CBE and KL bound passengers.
