I disagree with last paragraph.
Everyone is free to file RTI and get the knowledge that where these money get spend.
Corruption has been came down sharply, In elections, it is not...
more... burden on government all the candidates spend the amount by themselves or from there political groups only. Less then 1 % of tax payers amount has been taken by Malya and that also getting reclaimed by auctioning his properties. There is a separate law for those who declare themselves as bankrupt without any valid reason. MLAs are also get purchased by party fund only.
Now let me tell you that where this money go.
1. For giving extremally high subsidy to poor peoples in Railway.
2. For overcoming the damages done by allegations(earlier allegations were peaceful but at that time terrorism act was cause of damage).
3. For giving salary to judiciary systems(Salary of a High Court Judge is more then salary of a MP).
4. For defense( 3% GDP and around 15% of tax collection get spend on defense only).
5. For developing the Infrastructure.
It is very easy to blame politicians for each and every small problem but who dare to blame the judiciary who is the actual problem? If someone travel in train without ticket then it is not fault of government, it is fault of judiciary who cannot give sufficient punishment to rule breakers so others can stop this? The biggest culprit of backward India is Judiciary only. Please note that SC acknowledged the appeal for resuming article 370 in Kashmir even after that they knew that it has been scrapped by President o India.
