One shocking news is that the auto'es are now charging 100/- from temple premises to station. No bargain.

the train got diverted via Nizambad line. but to our surprise, the train reached Nagarsol with less delay.
That day, the Maruti Omni fella charged 300 rs from Nagarsol til Shirdi's Tirupati Hotel, which is almost 5 mins walk from the temple.

Yep sire jee. the other taxi driver was charging 700 which was way too much. this guy settled for 4 of us n drove away to Shirdi just 45 mins.
This must be happening with 'permission' of Police and 'blessings' of Temple Trustees
Is there any retiring room/accommodation available at SNSI station? For trains reaching late night? Any idea?

1. Platform: Only one platform is operational (in 2015) and hence there is no need to walk thorough an over bridge.
2. Waiting Rooms: There are three waiting rooms. The General waiting room has three separate toilets for Ladies, Gents and a separate one for the Handicapped persons. The General waiting room is very spacious and can accommodate about 50 people at one time. While we visited this station, the General waiting room was far better and cleaner than the upper class waiting...

If anyone taking night train from BABAji Mandir to railway station, you won't get auto easily after 6:30. Though road is not good auto drivers won't go there and you will miss the train. Only few will come, but they will ask double the fare. Going with family means its not a issue.
the station is just 1 to 2 kms from the shirdi temple and normal and ac rooms are available near to station and temple also
from station come to main highway road and take a left turn. that road will go to the temple gate

Morever autos charge about 100/- to temple from station.
One bus belonging to trust runs between station and temple during arrival timings

No canteen/Tea Stall on PF. while departing by SNSI-MYS Exp, at 12 mid night, just tea is available.
