It is difficult for Handicapped passengers to enter the platform other than 1st platform as there is no battery car or well maintained wheel chair as most of the time wheelchair is under repair condition ,concerned authorities pl look in to it
i thnk they are building an escalator near platform 1. it may help some people
Even escalator may not help the Handicapped person to reach the particular reserved Bogie, battery car is better option

Now online booking of retiring rooms available.Just contact the counter at first floor with the printed slip or sms,they will allocate your room.If you arrive mostly at the time mwntioned in the slip 7am,be prepared to wait for 20-30min as cleaning will be done.Nowadays it is hard to get retiring rooms without booking.
