chartered buses office is just outside pf no 6 this is the best option for travelling to indore .travel time 3 hours approx ticket 310
It is more comfortable with good services compare to BPL-INDB rail journey
nowdays price of ticket is 330 rs and in day time it takes 4 hours and in night 3:30 hours to reach indore
still better than the intercity which costs 350 buks and takes 4.5 hours
yes intercity is one of best train in this route but only when you are travelling in 2s and general coach
Instead of booking in advance, you can keep track of the seat availability from your mobile and buy the tickets when you arrive. It will save you time and risk because train may get late.

PF no 6 Side Exit :
For Veg : "Manohar Dairy n Restaurant"., Near to Rly Stn, hardly 5min by auto, can go by walk too. Veg restaurant just like Haldiram Bikanerwala etc.. Famous for its "Chhole Bhature".

Manohar is near the Platform 4-5 of Bhopal RS and not platform 1
Sorry, what I meant was people should know it is located walking distance from Platform 4-5 side. If you dont mention it, there is danger that some people may use Platform 1 side and find it difficult to reach Manohar by walk.
Passengers having time awaiting trains may have PURE VEG FOOD at: Manohar Dairy and Restaurant, 6, Hamidia Road, Bhopal. It is just 200 yards from Platform # 6 exit. The food is awesome. Snacks and sweets are also available. Phone Nos. 0755-2740465, 2740454
As Manohar offers food much expensive than as is the quality, many prefer 'Brijwasi Restaurant' in front of PF-6.
You may be right, but quality and hygiene has a premium tag. Even otherwise, the prices are affordable.
