The city of Varanasi and Mughalsarai are served by 3 zonal railways. ECR at MGS, NR at Varanasi Cantt, NER at Manduadih. It is high time all these 3 stations are brought under one administrative division for better efficiency
NER can be merged with NR as there is too much overlapping in varanasi and lucknow.Izzatnagar can merged with Moradabad and Both Lucknow With each Other and as the head office of NER is currently in Gorakhpur,it can named as the new divison instead of the one in NER Varanasi(MUV).
