Just saw a post in YouTube by Mywayrailway that 2 new pitlines are being built at BZA(working progress) and will be complete in 6 months.

Yes i too have a doubt at present they are 5 pitlines but couldn't see the useage as they are not enough originating trains. After LHB fixation of the 3 intercity they hardly need SM upto 2000km and PM after 4000 km which is once is 3 days. May be some of the old pitlines they will use as stable lines as I read BZA is short of them and is reason for delaying arrival of DMM express.
These goods lines are always busy with frieghts and those are dedicated for goods only.At a big junctions like bza it is impossible to use these goods lines as stable lines and there is no particular stable lines at bza except few parallel to CDO.BZA really needs a solution to get struck out from issues with originating and terminating trains.

But there are other options like combo of 3E & 3A, HS 3A, HS 3A & SL.
The project of Rayadurg Tumkuru is running at a very slow pace. Almost standstill in the last two years.
They might do electrification in future
But then how they will touch 100% electrification by 2023? Is it possible to complete the line till Tumakuru by 2023?

Why can't be this by-pass line can be used for pax trains, to avoid loco reversal and save time. Halting at GTLW station, a good chance to develop Guntakal West station. Just like Daund Jn and DDCC.
