Division won't solve anything. Aurangabad's problem is its location and lack of political representation.
For any train, the revenue from the train is divided between all the zones it passes through in the same proportion as the distance covered by the train in that zone. Typically 5% is reserved for the zone maintaining the rake and the remaining 95% is split according to the distance traveled. This does not depend on the number halts etc.
First try to respect people sentiments. Even formation of Telangana is waste of money. Why It was formed??
Aurangabad can become div HQ but for CR and not for SCR. It can be done by transferring MMR-AWB section to CR. This will solve almost 80% problems in this section/region, be them revenue related, logistical, operational or railway employee related. My gut feeling tells that Aurangabad- Ahemadnagar and Aurangabad-Chalisgaon lines can be get sanctioned in coming future. So new Aurangabad devision can have following sections:
1. Manmad(excluding)-Aurangabad( excluding or CR part of stn)
It will still be the same problem even if there is a transfer to CR and if there is a new division formed. Aurangabad is still at the boundary of a zone, so originating traffic heading out of the zone will be very unlikely.
At the most, it might create room for extension of some Bombay-Manmad train to AWB, but originating trains from AWB, going towards Bhusaval via MMR will still be unlikely. They will get extended to NED to cover as many places as possible with a single train. In

Because of this section many trains from Bangalore should run with diesel loco. Better they divert all Bangalore to north bouth trains running in this route via RC VKB except that MYS KCG SF is enough
Dhone Mahabubnagar route is important one they will sure Electrify it soon..

A competition in scr zone in nanded division which is first railway route electrified district parbhani or hingoli. I think hingoli is remarkable for scr nanded division wait for some months
except Sambalpur remaining 3 trains can divert via peddapalli-nizamabad

3E Economy fare structure details released by Ministry of Railway
As pet the notification issued by RB the life of coach is decreased from 25 yrs to 20 yrs. The GR trains were introduced from 2005 to 2009 so they will have to phase out after 2025. So these new 3AC economy wil mostly br used in reducing SL coaches in mail/exp trains.

From Secunderabad only two Express trains are originating and Departing to New Delhi.
Present there is no chance to Run new trains to Delhi Bcaz Platform constraints at Delhi..
So, in that two one is Telangana Express 12723/24
2nd one is Nizamuddin exp 12721/22
A single train can be easily handled, anyways what about intra state transport?
We also asking for new train instead of Delhi putting proposal to Amritsar

They are running several seasonal and special trains from Nanded towards NDLS and NZM but when it comes to NZB or KRMR, I see SCR always has problem. I understand there are no pitlines at NZB and KRMR but SCR needs to setup up infrastructure at these stations as they are the 3rd and 4th major cities of TS. NZB as the converging station for SC-MMR, NZB-PDPL, NZB-BDN should be given at most priority. Currently they installed the pole for the flag at NZB and the construction of shopping complex is in pace but I am completely fed up with the response about the extra platforms and pitlines.
We want a train SC to NZM via KNW, INDB, KOTA after complete gauge conversion in future
