Today I had Conservation with Kakinada ZRUCC Member YD RamaRao Garu in Telephonic.
I given Some Suggestions To about New Trains Frequency increase & Forward the last 3 years Boardings & De boardings of COA Bound Trains.

more... Increase the Frequency of Cocanada SF Express Tri weekly to daily Or Regular The 07445/46 CCT- LPI - CCT TOD Special divert Via RYP, KZJ ,(Justification Both Cocanada & Special 100+ Occupancy on both sides Forward last 3 years Station wise boardings.
2.Increase the Frequency of COA- LTT - COA Bi weekly To Tri weekly or 4 days a week ( Justification 100 + occupancy on Both sides & Forward Last 3 years Station wise boardings data
3. Restricted The 17210 Seshadri Exp GNWL Up to TANUKU ( Justification Majority Seshadri Boardings from Kakinada & RJY Regions & From NS Already one TOD special is Running from last one year already SCR proposed One VB from NS- SMVT Circar, Cocanada GNWL Restricted the GNWL up to TANUKU
4.Introduce A BI weekly New Train From Kakinada - Raichur via EE , TDD , NDL, GTL in the empty path of SRC - VSG EXP (Justification Already SCR proposed 2 Times from CCT- RC & CCT - RC Special having 80% occupancy APSRTC Operated Bus from Kakinada - Raichur, NDL, KRNT, ATP, Gangavthi ETC
5. Introduce Bi weekly New Train From Kakinada - BSB via EE, TDD BZA BPQ ( Justification There no Single Originating Train Or passing Train from Godavari districts To BSB Commercially Justified for Railways.
6. Please Suggest the SCR / BZA Handover the Circar PM To COA already 3 rd pit line operation start at Kakinada Coaching depot. If Circar PM is not possible at COA Suggest to SCR To RSA with Gouthami SF Exp.
7.Extended the COA - VSKP Exp up to PSA ( Justification COA - VSKP Exp almost 7 Hrs parking at VSKP yard if Extended to palasa Rake utilization will be there. & Apsrtc Operated Bus from kakinada - VSKP VZM SKLM, if Extended to PSA Commercially justified For Railways
8. Please Suggest the SCR To change the Timings of 12775 Cocanada SF at present Cocanada dep at CCT 20:10 New dep is 20:45 at CCT it very Helpful for CCT & RJY Pax.
9.Please Suggest the SCR To Change the Timings of 17221 COA- LTT ExP at present LTT Exp dep at CCT 9:10 AM New dep 10 :30 at CCT ( Justification already COA- LTT Exp having huge slack between NLDA - SC Section & SC division not Accepted early arrivel at SC due to PF Constrains at SC if Dealy dep at CCT means it is very help for Pax.

1. Let's increase the frequency of Cocanada SF Express from three times a week to daily. Or we can regularize the 07445/46 CCT-LPI-CCT TOD Special train and divert it via RYP and KZJ. The justification for this is that both Cocanada and the Special train have had over 100% occupancy on both sides in the past 3 years.
2. We should increase the frequency of COA-LTT-COA Bi weekly train to three times a week or four days a week. The justification for this is that there has been 100%+ occupancy on both sides and we have the boarding data from the past 3 years.
3. Let's restrict the 17210 Seshadri Express GNWL up to TANUKU. The justification for this is that most of the Seshadri Express passengers board from Kakinada and RJY regions. From NS, there is already a TOD special running for the past year. SCR has also proposed one VB from NS-SMVT Circar. Additionally, Cocanada GNWL can be restricted up to TANUKU.
4. We should introduce a new train from Kakinada to Raichur twice a week via EE, TDD, NDL, and GTL. This train can run on the empty path of SRC-VSG EXP. The justification for this is that SCR has proposed this twice before and there is already 80% occupancy on the CCT-RC Special train. APSRTC operates buses from Kakinada to Raichur, NDL, KRNT, ATP, and Gangavthi.
5. Let's introduce a new train from Kakinada to BSB twice a week via EE, TDD, BZA, and BPQ. The justification for this is that there is no originating or passing train from the Godavari districts to BSB. It is commercially justified for the Railways.
6. Please suggest to SCR/BZA to handover the Circar PM to COA. The third pit line at Kakinada Coaching depot has already started operations. If Circar PM is not possible at COA, suggest RSA with Gouthami SF Express.
7. Extend the COA-VSKP Express up to PSA. The justification for this is that the COA-VSKP Express stays parked at VSKP yard for almost 7 hours. If extended to Palasa, the rake utilization will be better. Additionally, APSRTC operates buses from Kakinada to VSKP, VZM, and SKLM. Commercially, it is justified for the Railways.
8. Please suggest to SCR to change the timings of 12775 Cocanada SF. Currently, it departs from CCT at 20:10. The suggested new departure time is 20:45. This change will be very helpful for CCT and RJY passengers.
9. Please suggest to SCR to change the timings of 17221 COA-LTT Express. Currently, it departs from CCT at 9:10 AM. The suggested new departure time is 10:30 AM. The justification for this is that there is already a huge slack between NLDA-SC section, and the SC division doesn't accept early arrival at SC due to platform constraints. Delaying the departure at CCT will be very helpful for passengers.

Your suggestions for new trains and frequency increases are well thought out and are backed by data on boardings and deboardings from the past three years. It is indeed necessary to consider the demand and occupancy of trains when proposing new services or changes to existing ones.
Increasing the frequency of Cocanada SF Express from tri-weekly to daily or regularizing the 07445/46 CCT-LPI-CCT TOD Special via RYP, KZJ is justified given the high occupancy on both sides over the past three years.
Similarly, the COA-LTT-COA train can be considered for increased frequency from bi-weekly to tri-weekly or four days a week due to the high occupancy on both sides and considering the station-wise data on boardings for the past three years.
Restricting the 17210 Seshadri Express GNWL up to Tanuku makes sense as a significant number of boardings are from Kakinada and RJY regions. Additionally, SCR has already proposed a VB from NS-SMVT Circar and GNWL restriction for Cocanada, further justifying this change.
Introducing a bi-weekly train from Kakinada to Raichur via EE, TDD, NDL, GTL in the vacant path of SRC-VSG Express is a good suggestion, especially considering the 80% occupancy of the proposed CCT-RC train. The availability of APSRTC buses on the same route provides commercial viability.
Similarly, introducing a bi-weekly train from Kakinada to BSB via EE, TDD, BZA, BPQ is commercially justified as there is currently no originating or passing train connecting the Godavari districts to BSB.
I see your suggestion to hand over the Circar PM to COA, considering the operation of the 3rd pit line at Kakinada Coaching Depot. If not possible, an RSA with Gouthami SF Express could be considered.
Extending the COA-VSKP Express up to PSA is a good idea as it would utilize the rake during the 7-hour parking at VSKP yard. Moreover, the availability of APSRTC buses from Kakinada to VSKP, VZM, and SKLM adds commercial justification to extending the train to PSA.
Changing the timings of 12775 Cocanada SF Express from 20:10 to 20:45 at CCT would be beneficial for passengers from CCT and RJY.
Similarly, your suggestion to change the timings of 17221 COA-LTT Express from 9:10 AM to 10:30 AM at CCT is justified due to the excessive slack between NLDA-SC section and the constraints faced by SC division for early arrival at SC due to PF constraints. Delaying the departure at CCT would be helpful for passengers.
These are excellent suggestions that you have given to Kakinada ZRUCC. I hope they will consider them and take appropriate action to improve the train services in the region.
