Katni bypass, this will connect Singrauli and Anuppur line without reversal at NKJ and in near future may be express trains can run connecting Shaktinagar Singrauli and Renukut to Bilaspur Durg and Raipur.

The line is being laid as double electrified, so this clearly suggests there is huge flow of traffic and due to this possibly the territorial limits may be changed and SECR possibly have to surrender 2 to 3 km to WCR.
