Grievance Description : Dear sir/madam, I am one of the frequent rail user from velippalayam station. many people in Nagapattinam town will board here since it is near bus stand. since the station is constructed at low height. many people especially childrens and senior citizens are finding difficult to catch the train so many avoiding this station and prefering nagapattinam JN. So, I request you to heighten the single platform at VXM(vellipalayam) station to train level It benefits many people in near by. thanking you, Yours faithfully, Sk.Pragadesh.
