@BSB: Varanasi Jn &0 km/h at my bunk bed, they said its already booked by someone who already checked in.. and asking me to adjust on the floor with mattress else they won't do anything. and also threatened me that I can't do anything as well as its system mistake. i cant complaint or ask for refund.. but they dont know i m not just an ordinary traveler.. 😂 i just said that either i will get bunk bed or either i will get full refund or if not both then something big will happen that too in my favour.. choice is yours.. after hearing this the guy again said do whatever you want and...
