Railways should permanently regularise 09007/08 Valsad Bhiwani express on bi weekly basis from Valsad to Hisar jn on Sunday and Wednesday and extend it upto Hisar jn according to this time table -

And railways should also give these numbering to both trains - 19067 as Valsad Hisar express and 19068 as Hisar Valsad express.
